Delete your Divercity account and data
You can request account deletion without reinstalling the app or signing in.
Email divercity365@gmail.com from your registered email address. Include the account email address or public username. If ownership needs verification, for example when using another email address, support will explain the necessary steps.
Request deletion by emailIf your email app does not open, write directly to the address above.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, national identification numbers or a full identity document.
Request in the app
Open Settings → Delete account, then complete recent sign-in verification and the deletion confirmation.
Data covered and retention exceptions
The current privacy policy describes deletion of your profile, posts, comments, meetups, messages and uploaded files when your account is deleted. Information subject to a legal retention requirement may be kept separately for the required period. Copies saved by other users cannot necessarily be removed.
What happens next
Support verifies account ownership and the scope of your request, then replies with the result or any further steps needed. Reinstalling the app is not required.
